Baxxxter already answered you. What else you want? No other payment methods through site. Other payments only with resellers.
Some governments ban to paypal. (Like me in Turkey :grumpycat5: ) So it's hard to buy like other countrys to if paypal bans.
My suggestion for buyers; if you cant buy with paypal or if you don't have any credit card, just go visiual-card maker sites. You can use it and deposit there and buy from paypal.
