PayPal: Only credit card ?!

Hello,

i've successfully added money to my paypal account to buy the h1z1 hack on here.
But everytime i get logged in to paypal thru this payment here it says that there is the onliest paypment method: Credit Card.
I can't use my paypal credit.

Is there any other chance to pay?

Select the last 1 month option.
